Our facials only use medical grade skincare products. These products contain higher levels of active ingredients compared to traditional spa products and this guarantees results.
Medical grade facials are essential if you want to see improvements to skin concerns, such as, acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, etc.
We will complete a quick skin analysis before your facial to determine your skin type and concerns and this helps us decide together which treatments would be most beneficial, so all our Heyday Hour facials are completely tailored to your skin's needs.
The brands we have in clinic include: Medik8, BioRePeel & Clinicare.
The most innovative peel on the market at the moment, suitable for all skin types and all ages. It's pain free, with NO downtime and minimal skin dryness. Best of all, it can be used all year round, meaning no hiding from the UV rays in the summer months.
Great for: acne, dry skin, scars, enlarged pores, pigmentation and fine lines.
If you chose to spend a Heyday Hour with us, we can add on a number of targeted treatments to revive your skin.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are used reveal radiant skin. They work by exfoliating the top layers of the dermis. They can be used to target specific skin indications, such as:
Dull, tired skin, with age spots and hyperpigmentation
To make improvements to acne prone skin or active acne, as well as, rough, bumpy skin texture
For fine lines and wrinkles
High Frequency
High frequency increases oxygen to this skin by stimulating blood circulation to the skin surface. It also helps with acne by killing acne forming bacteria. It warms the skin and this increases absorption of skincare products. High frequency is highly beneficial for aging skin, sun damaged skin and acne concerns.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning removes the top layers of rough and dead skin from the face, as well as vellus hair/ peach fuzz. This allows for better product absorption, brighter skin and smoother skin.

How often should I have facials?
This depends on what your skin concerns are and you as an individual. We can advise you how often you should have treatment to see peak benefits. Usually we advise anywhere between 4 - 8 weeks. If you want radiant skin in prep for big events, like weddings, birthday parties, etc, we advise more frequent treatments, well in advance of the big day.
How do I know if a medical facial is for me?
If you're experiencing problems with your skin, such as, dullness, redness, inflammation, acne, hyperpigmentation or dryness, you'd benefit from a medical grade facial. Then you ask 'How do you know what kind of treatment to get?' We can help you with this one! We complete a skin analysis before your treatment and we will advise which treatment category will work best for you. Even if you have no skin issues, you can still come to us for a medical facial and you'll benefit from our tailored anti-aging, which is more preventative or hydrating facial, which gives your skin a little pick me up.
I have sensitive skin. Would a medical facial be too harsh for me?
Always give us a heads up if you've got sensitive skin. We can completely tailor your facial to deliver results using our more sensitive range. We'd also avoid any harsh exfoliants, masks and the extraction phase of the facial and we'd want to concentrate on hydrating and soothing your skin.
